Arrangements
- To redeem your points for airline
tickets, call 1-800-443-4782,
option 3, with your travel
dates and destinations, and let
Travel Headquarters arrange your
travel reservations.
- Travel Headquarters will answer
your questions, provide Presidents
Recognition Program Point requirements,
and assist you with your travel.

- Remember to plan ahead. Contact us at
least 30 days prior to your planned departure
date for availability. Allow even more
lead-time for peak season travel.
- All reservations are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
- If you must change or cancel travel
plans after your travel arrangements have
been finalized, the following penalties
will be assessed: 1) a minimum 100-point
per ticket non-refundable fee for a domestic
reservation; 2) a minimum 200-point per
tick non-refundable fee for an International
reservation. Additionally, a minimum 50-point
per ticket fee will apply if e-tickets
are available, but paper tickets are requested.
All paper tickets also require a minimum
12-point per ticket shipping/handling fee.
- You may use Presidents Recognition
Points to pay this fee.
- It you have purchased a refundable ticket,
Award Headquarters will credit your account
for the remaining value of your trip.
- If you have purchased a nonrefundable ticket
your account is not credited for a ticket
that is not used.
